Here is a letter that someone posted on the court forum that I copied and is truly going on in Oakland County, MI because I am a victim to this, which one of the Judges listed is presiding my case, and I want to share it with you. Please read its entirety and lets take action.

Judge Joan E. Young, Judge Cheryl Matthews, Judge Martha Anderson, Judge Barry Grant and Judge James Alexander in particular favor $ and false PPOs and child abduction to benefit the State. A family last year foreclosed on their house due to do the legal bills run up. Judges don't care if the legal bills drive Oakland family residents out of their homes or they lose their jobs with protracted court hearings. The only people who benefit are the Judges and lawyers no one else. Except Title IV Services as they get money from every child support order. So that is why all Oakland County Judges maximize the Child Support payments so each "payer" pays 20% of their net income to fill the pockets of Friend of Court staff and all the revenue generating projects the State of Michigan can fund with these Title IV D incentive payments. Simple the more child support extorted from parents (whoever has the highest income) the more the State players benefit not Michigan's children. Wake up Oakland County and protest what is happening to your lives and your hard earned money. Child support originally was to help the lower class children now it has turned into middle class extortion. The reality is most lower class children never get child support as it is truly uncollectable as the parent is either unemployed or poorer than the parent requesting support. So the US turned it into a middle class scam as they do not get federal funds from uncollectable lower class payments but increased monetary incentives from middle class child support payments that fund State road projects, etc and countless "child support services and custody services" useless for the most part but serve to employ lots of counselors and court staff. So it is the middle class who now can least afford it that are paying for this corrupt "child support" system designed to increase State revenue. That is why no attorney recommends their clients to opt out of Friend of Court Services or Title IV D services as money is then lost. There is huge money for the state for opening Title IV D cases none when parents decide to not use the corrupt system. It would be best for taxpayers to fund those children that do need extra money as the system intended instead of this CHILD SUPPORT WELFARE that has been created. I want all children to succeed and I would prefer my taxpayer money to benefit those children who need it and we abolish current child support, foster care, adoption and all Title IV D incentives. Let us CLEAN UP this GOVERNMENT SPONSORED ORGANIZED CRIME AGAINST YOU THE TAXPAYER.

And then when children are kidnapped by CPS and these Judges, TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY the grieving and financially devastated parents must pay child support even though they are not raising the children. The only reason criminal and draconian measures are taken such as jail time and driver's license revocation take place is to ensure the State gets the maximum money possible. And for each foster child and adoption thousands of dollars are given from the Feds to the State (so that is why 85% or more of CPS cases are entirely bogus) and thousands of dollars given to foster parents, doctors (who push massive prescription on average 3 per child with often deathly consequences to shut them up and make them docile zombies), caseworkers, court psychos, psychiatrists, counselors, GALs who never represent the children’s' best interests instead of given a fraction of that money to help these lower class and now middle class children (needed to get more money and who now do not have the resources to fight back) stay with their biological parents who love them and have no monetary interest. When these desperate parents try to get help they get none from the media or Congress. Why? Because they all know that it is a billion dollar fraudulent industry designed to stimulate each State's economy funded by taxpayers who are clueless of what is really happening. I have been in the court system for years and have researched these topics for years and no Senator or House of Representative or Governor dares touch this "hot issue" as the Bar Association heavily funds their campaigns as well as the Judges like Attorneys Nicoletti and Cavallier. The reason why child custody litigation is encouraged repeatedly and cases dragged on and lawyers resolve nothing so this lucrative litigation must continue every so often throwing each parent a bone so they come back for more litigation abuse is also simple: ongoing revenue for this corrupt system and keeps the over abundance of lawyers happy and rich to fund the political campaigns of Judges, etc. It would take a massive public protest to get the attention as the media routinely turn a blind eye on messy "private family divorces" that unfortunately the State has made sure are anything but private and as soon as a divorce is filed it is great news for these people as they know they will be profiting from your misery. Once a divorce is filed the reality is both parents and children are PROPERTY OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN until children turn 18. And that is why the Police always tell parents who need help enforcing a child contact order to go back to the court. And the court profits again without solving any real issues as it turns its eye also on court violations by the wealthy parent so they keep winning and keep fund the cockroach system. The truth is horrific and all of you deserve to know the truth that you will never hear from a lawyer, psychologist or Judge as it is against their BEST INTERESTS. I all Oakland County residents and divorcing parents united to stop this judicial rape we could bring about justice. I suggest a Petition be started on-line to demand change like Dr. Shirley Moore has started in California. She also visited Detroit and supports huge Court Reforms all across Michigan and the US. We should act now as Michigan wants EVERYONE'S CHILDREN they can get their hands on. Please do not think this could never happen to you as their greed has NO LIMIT OR CONSCIENCE. I care deeply about all of your BEST INTERESTS so there is money left for your children’s' future and the system does not break you emotionally in the process. THEY PROSPER WITH EXTORTION, BLACKMAIL YOU INTO BELIEVING YOU WILL GET JUSTICE AND TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY AND REIGN DUE TO THE FEAR THEY INVOKE AS THEY CONTROL OUR LIVES. Stay STRONG! Let us PUT ASIDE ALL GENDER AND CLASS DIFFERENCES AND UNITE TO MAKE US STRONG AGAINST SUCH AN INHUMANE AND POWERFUL SYSTEM. We will continue to be their hostages until we STAND UP TOGETHER!!!
